The mission of Mosaic is to disciple individuals with disabilities and incorporate them into the life of the church. We see this mission all throughout the Bible. In Matthew 25, Jesus instructs us to take care of the weak and vulnerable. In Luke 14, in the parable of the great feast, Jesus tells us to invite not those who can repay us, but those who cannot. We believe that, as a church body, we need to be accessible to, understanding toward, and welcoming of individuals and families with disabilities. We believe that these three easy-to-read books are a great starting point for learning how to accomplish this goal as a church—whether you are brand new to the world of disability or already have a background in disability.
